This is a restarant grade product designed for hard use. the valves are standard compression stems with easily removable barrel seats and are easy to repair when it does leak, T&S repair parts are usually sold at plumbing supply and restarant supply shops and are generally fairly inexpensive, and if you need a longer or shorter spout you can buy spouts of different length and easily swap them out just by loostening the collar nut pulling out a 8" spout and inserting a 12" spout. usually where I buy these faucets they sell the faucet body and the spout is sold sepratly you can even mount a commercial high arc sprayer hose onto this faucet with or without a spout. This faucet is Modular allowing several confrigurations the other faucets will not.
